SITA is inviting recent graduates to join its South Africa Graduate Program within SITA Global Services for an 11-month period, with potential for a permanent role. This entry-level role focuses on supporting technical services, assisting under the supervision of the Customer Success Manager, and providing technical support to SITA airline clients. Graduates will gain hands-on experience in aviation operations, technical and communication skills, and participate in corporate projects within a dynamic, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure SLA compliance with prompt client support
  • Manage incidents for both internal and external customers
  • Follow installation guidelines and best practices
  • Maintain service operation availability with proper system configuration
  • Utilize tools and equipment for installation, intervention, and repairs
  • Escalate unresolved issues as needed
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and monitor systems/services
  • Provide onsite user support during service cutovers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT support (Desktop, PCs, Printers, and Network Devices)
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Customer service skills and problem ownership attitude
  • Ability to work in a team and build relationships
  • Installation and configuration experience for end-user applications and software
  • CompTIA A+ knowledge
